2. critical hour is 9pm tonight so pls go home already & do preparation.
3. winds and rain stronger than milenyo.
4. Metro Manila will be hit by tail/body.
5. 9pm we'll know if tail has it or if it will hit different direction
6. Charge phone coz meralco will shut down areas tonight.
7. Prepare survival kit: flashlight, rope, food, medicine PRAYER.
